We are scaling quickly and looking for a true front-end architect — someone who has led large-scale React projects and wants full ownership of the front-end experience across multiple products.
If you’re used to simply maintaining apps or just following Jira tickets, this role isn’t for you.
We’re seeking an engineer who can design systems from the ground up, challenge product decisions, and deliver a user experience better than 99% of SaaS platforms out there.
🔥 Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and evolution of our front-end architecture.
- Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features that truly prioritize the user.
- Own performance, UX quality, and component library consistency across the platform.
- Anticipate and resolve issues before they arise, and help unblock the team when needed.
- Represent the front-end discipline in strategic, cross-functional discussions.
Requisitos
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Location: Argentina or Brazil
- 8+ years of experience, with at least 5 years building and scaling React applications in production.
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, state management, and performance optimization.
- Strong experience with Chakra UI, GraphQL (Apollo), and modern tools like Vite.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GCP Cloud Build) and Sentry monitoring.
- A product-oriented mindset — every feature built should solve a real customer challenge.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills — someone who listens, shares ideas, and supports team success.
- Experience scaling SaaS apps in a fast-growth startup environment.

- Experience with React Native or mobile-first architecture.
- Background in messaging, voice, or real-time communication.
