Build Dev Tools for the #1 Real Estate Messaging Platform

We are a fast-growing SaaS company with strong traction, and we’re now hiring an experienced Platform Engineer to create the internal systems, development tools, and automation that keep our team moving quickly and scaling efficiently.

🔥 Responsibilities

• Design and implement internal DevOps tools and automation systems.
• Build and maintain configuration management across multiple environments.
• Create simulation/mock environments for third-party API integrations.
• Develop and optimize Chrome extensions to enhance internal workflows.
• Build internal reporting frameworks for operational and financial data.
• Create a layered permissions Admin Panel to reduce support overhead.
• Implement best-in-class monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, product, and operations teams to deliver tools that get adopted.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of internal systems and services.

Requisitos

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Location: Argentina or Brazil
• 7+ years of professional experience in full stack software engineering.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• At least 2+ years building platform, infrastructure, or internal tools.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and SQL.
• Proven experience with GraphQL APIs, REST, and WebHooks.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience creating mock/test environments for external APIs.
• The ability to align with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for developer experience, clean architecture, and high-leverage work.

✨ Nice to Have

• Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Background in SaaS or cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with observability stacks (Sentry, Datadog, Prometheus).
• Experience integrating with CRMs, especially HubSpot.
• Knowledge of Twilio or similar communication APIs.
