We are a rapidly growing SaaS business, leading the market and scaling fast. We’re looking for an experienced full-stack engineer to join our high-performing team and develop impactful features across our product suite.

💎 Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-impact features across our Node, Typescript, and ReactJS stack.
• Architect scalable systems and lead key technical decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring product ideas to life.
• Take ownership of user experience, system design, and performance.
• Translate complex user journeys into clean, scalable code.
• Build for scale using GCP, PostgreSQL, and microservice-based architecture.
• Identify technical gaps, flag issues, and propose improvements proactively.
• Maintain a high-quality codebase while delivering quickly.

Requisitos

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Location: Argentina or Brazil
• Excellent communication skills, both Spanish and English.
• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer in SaaS or product-centric environments.
• Expert-level skills in Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Storage, SQL.
• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL — database design, optimization, and maintenance.
• Solid understanding of CQRS, DDD principles, and distributed systems.
• Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
• The ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable in fast-paced Agile environments, with a focus on team velocity, iteration, and improvement.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in messaging, voice, or telecom.
• Background in fast-paced startups.
• Familiarity with C# or Onion Architecture.
